Contract Formation and Payment Obligation
An electronic contract shall be deemed concluded and legally binding upon both parties once the customer clicks the (Place Order / Complete Purchase / Pay) button on the Store. Such action constitutes the customer’s explicit and final consent to all order details, including the price, applicable fees, and the Store’s approved policies
Upon completing this step, the customer is obligated to pay the full order amount using the payment methods available on the Store, whether through immediate electronic payment methods or approved installment payment services
The customer may not withdraw from the payment obligation after the contract has been concluded, except in cases expressly permitted by applicable law, and in accordance with the Store’s approved Return and Refund Policy, and pursuant to the provisions of the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations
The Store reserves the right to cancel or suspend the execution of any order in the event of a technical error, product unavailability, payment failure, or suspected unauthorized or irregular transaction, without incurring any additional liability, provided that any amounts paid—if applicable—are refunded in accordance with the approved procedures and through the same payment method used
