    In line with our commitment to transparency and the protection of all parties’ rights, the following Return & Exchange Policy is established in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations, applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


    First: Return & Exchange Period

    Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within (7) days from the date of receiving the order.
    The period is calculated based on the delivery date recorded by the approved shipping carrier.


    Second: Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

    The product must be unused and unopened.

    The product must be in its original condition, including original packaging and all accessories.

    The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

    The request must be submitted through the store’s official communication channels only.


    Third: Nature of Technical Products

    Due to the nature of MonoLoot Store products, which include games, electronic devices, and gaming accessories, such products are considered items that lose their resale value once opened or used.

    Accordingly, opening or operating the product voids the right to return or exchange, except in cases of a verified manufacturing defect, as determined by the store after inspection.


    Fourth: Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

    Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

    Products that have been opened or used.

    Games, digital codes, top-up cards, and digital products.

    Products that lose their value or resale eligibility once opened.

    Products purchased under special offers or discounts, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

    Any product showing signs of misuse, damage, or tampering.

    Orders involving repeated or unjustified return requests or abuse of the return policy.

    Products that have been registered, activated, or linked to user accounts in any way.


    Fifth: Manufacturing Defects

    A manufacturing defect refers to a technical fault resulting from the manufacturing process that prevents the product from performing its basic function under normal use.

    The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

    Incompatibility with the customer’s devices or systems.

    Performance below customer expectations or personal dissatisfaction.

    Damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.

    Damage caused by external factors such as electricity issues, liquids, or tampering.


    Sixth: Product Inspection and Final Decision

    All return or exchange requests are subject to a technical inspection after the product is received by the store.

    The store’s decision following the inspection shall be final and binding, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without prejudice to statutory consumer rights.

    No return or exchange request will be approved before the inspection process is completed.


    Seventh: Partial Returns and Accessories

    Partial returns are not accepted.

    Products must be returned with all original accessories.

    If any accessory is missing or the packaging is damaged, the return or exchange request will be rejected.


    Eighth: Product Condition Documentation

    The store inspects and documents the condition of products before shipment.
    This documentation shall serve as a primary reference in the event of any dispute regarding the product’s condition upon delivery.


    Ninth: Shipping Costs

    The customer bears shipping costs in the following cases:

    Change of mind.

    Ordering by mistake.

    No longer needing the product.

    The store bears shipping costs only if:

    A manufacturing defect is confirmed.

    An incorrect product was shipped.


    Tenth: Returned Shipping Policy

    No return will be processed until the product is received and inspected.

    The store is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping.

    Shipping fees and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.


    Eleventh: Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.

    Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

    For purchases made via installment services (such as Tabby or Tamara):

    Refunds are subject to the service provider’s policies.

    The store bears no additional fees or obligations arising from such services.


    Twelfth: Shipping Responsibility and Force Majeure

    The store is not responsible for delays or damage resulting from:

    Shipping carriers.

    Force majeure or circumstances beyond control.

    Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon delivery as recorded by the shipping carrier.
    Customer signature or electronic delivery confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of the shipment’s apparent condition.

    The store shall cooperate with shipping carriers as permitted by law, without assuming any additional non-statutory obligations.


    Thirteenth: Store Rights

    MonoLoot Store reserves the full right to:

    Reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.

    Suspend or reject requests involving misuse of the return policy.

    Take necessary measures to protect the store from any unlawful or abusive practices.

    The store may update or amend this policy at any time without prior notice, and the version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply.


    Fourteenth: Complaints and Communication

    For any inquiries or complaints, customers may contact us through the approved communication channels. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable legal procedures.


    Acknowledgment and Acceptance

    By completing the purchase and clicking the (Place Order / Pay) button, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated in this Return & Exchange Policy, confirms full awareness of the nature of the technical products offered and the applicable conditions, and agrees that this acknowledgment is legally binding and enforceable.
