  • Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with Monoloot Store.

We are committed to providing original and reliable products. Below is the approved Warranty Policy of Monoloot Store, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    First: Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers electronic devices and gaming accessories that are specified as having a warranty on the product page or purchase invoice.

The warranty period varies depending on the product type and the manufacturer, and the warranty duration stated at the time of purchase shall be deemed valid.

The warranty period begins from the date the customer receives the product according to the shipping company’s records, or the invoice date, whichever occurs first.

    Second: Type of Warranty

The warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty, unless expressly stated otherwise.

If an authorized agent exists within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer may be directed to contact the agent directly in accordance with the manufacturer’s policy.

The Store reserves the right to receive and inspect the product or to direct the customer to the appropriate warranty service provider, as deemed appropriate.

    Third: Warranty Validity Conditions

For the warranty to remain valid, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be used normally and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

    • A purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

    • The product must not be opened, tampered with, or repaired by an unauthorized party.

    • Serial number labels (Serial / IMEI) must remain intact and must not be removed or altered.

    Fourth: What the Warranty Covers

    The warranty covers:

    • Technical malfunctions resulting from a manufacturing defect that affects the product’s core functionality.

    • Defects that appear during the warranty period under proper usage conditions.

Fifth: What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover the following cases:

    • Misuse or negligence.

    • Breakage, drops, or exposure to liquids or moisture.

    • Incorrect installation or use of improper electrical voltage.

    • Damage caused by external factors or unofficial software/firmware updates.

    • Normal wear and tear of consumable components, if applicable.

    • Product incompatibility with the customer’s devices or systems.

    • Products that have been opened or repaired outside authorized service centers.

    Sixth: Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must be submitted through the Store’s approved communication channels.

The customer may be required to send the product for inspection.

No warranty claim will be approved before the product has been inspected by the authorized party.

The Store or the authorized service provider shall not be responsible for any loss of data or stored content on the product during inspection or repair. The customer is responsible for backing up their data before submitting the product.

    Seventh: Warranty Decision

After inspection, the appropriate action will be determined based on the product’s condition, which may include:

    • Repairing the product, or

    • Replacing it with an equivalent product, or

    • Any other action in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

The decision of the technical authority or manufacturer shall be deemed the final and approved decision, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, without prejudice to the consumer’s statutory rights.

Repair or replacement of the product does not extend the original warranty period or initiate a new warranty, unless expressly stated in the manufacturer’s policy.

Eighth: Shipping Costs Related to Warranty

The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product to the service center or authorized provider.

The Store or the authorized agent shall bear the cost of return shipping only in cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, unless the manufacturer’s policy states otherwise.

    Ninth: Repair Timeframe

Repair duration varies depending on the type of defect and the availability of spare parts.

The Store does not guarantee a specific repair timeframe, and the customer will be notified of any updates as they become available.

Tenth: Products Not Covered by Warranty

    • Consumable or digital products.

    • Accessories not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

    • Products purchased under special offers, unless a warranty is explicitly stated.

    Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges full acceptance of Monoloot Store’s Warranty Policy, confirms having read and understood all its terms, and agrees that this acknowledgment is contractually binding and legally enforceable.
