through approved shipping companies.
Second: Order Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order
confirmation.
● Processing times may vary during promotions, seasonal periods, or times of high
order volume.
Third: Shipping & Delivery Time
● Delivery time varies depending on the city and the shipping company.
● Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days after shipment.
● Business days do not include Fridays or official public holidays.
Notice:
All stated shipping and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual
delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, destination city, operational
procedures, or circumstances beyond the Store’s control.
In the event of any significant delay, Monoloot Store will notify the customer using the
registered contact details, without incurring any additional obligations not required by law.
Fourth: Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
● Customer location
● Shipment weight and size
Some offers may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or
during checkout.
Fifth: Shipping Address & Customer Responsibility
● The customer is fully responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping
address.
● If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the Store reserves the right to:
○ Reship the order at the customer’s expense, or
○ Cancel the order after deducting shipping costs and any payment or
processing fees already charged, if applicable.
Sixth: Order Receipt
● Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer upon delivery, as recorded
by the shipping company.
● The customer’s signature or electronic delivery confirmation constitutes
acknowledgment that the shipment was received in apparent good condition.
● If visible damage is found upon delivery, the customer must:
○ Document the condition immediately, and
○ Contact the Store within 24 hours of receipt.
The Store shall not be responsible for non-visible damages reported after 24 hours from
delivery.
Seventh: Shipping Delays

● Circumstances beyond its control (force majeure)

Eighth: Partial Shipments

● Ship the available items first, or
● Delay shipment until the order is complete,
without incurring any additional obligations not required by law.
Ninth: Order Cancellation Before Shipment

● The Store reserves the right to deduct any payment or processing fees already
incurred.
● If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will be subject to the Store’s

Tenth: Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to:

● Providing an incorrect address
The customer shall bear all costs of return shipping and re-delivery.

acknowledges full acceptance of Monoloot Store’s Shipping & Delivery Policy, confirms
having read and understood all its terms, and agrees that this acknowledgment is
